2. Description of Service

X HUB HOSTINGER SCAMMER LIST is a community-driven platform that allows users to:

• Browse the Wall of Shame — view entries of reported scammers, fraudsters, and cheaters.
• Stream Music — listen to curated music tracks published by administrators.
• Engage with Content — like and comment on music tracks and scammer entries.
• Share Content — share music and entries via Discord, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Conduct & Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content about any individual or organization.
• Submit content that violates the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the Service's infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state an affiliation.
• Spam, harass, or threaten other users through comments or interactions.
• Submit malicious code, viruses, or harmful files.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate termination of access and removal of submitted content, as well as legal action where applicable.

4. Content Submission & Moderation

Users may submit comments, likes, and other interactions. By submitting content, you grant X HUB HOSTINGER a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Service.

All user-submitted content is logged with the submitter's IP address for security and moderation purposes. Administrators reserve the right to:

• Remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
• Ban users by IP address for serious violations.
• Report illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Modify or edit submitted content for clarity or compliance.

5. Scammer Listings & Accuracy

The Wall of Shame section features listings of reported scammers. X HUB HOSTINGER does not verify the accuracy of every report and is not responsible for the truthfulness of user- or admin-submitted entries. Listings are based on reports received and are provided for informational purposes only.

If you believe you have been wrongly listed on the Wall of Shame, you may submit a takedown request with supporting evidence. We will review each request and remove listings that cannot be substantiated or that violate these Terms. Submit requests through the admin contact channel.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, logo, text, graphics, and software are the property of X HUB HOSTINGER and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Music tracks and images uploaded by administrators remain the property of their respective owners. The Service does not claim ownership of uploaded content but may display and distribute it as part of the platform's normal operation.

7. Discord Bot Integration

The Service includes an optional Discord bot integration that automatically posts announcements to a designated Discord channel when new content is published. By using this feature, you agree to:

• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Use the bot only on servers where you have administrative permission.
• Not abuse the @everyone or @here ping features.
• Respect Discord's rate limits and bot usage policies.

We reserve the right to revoke bot access for any user who violates these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

X HUB HOSTINGER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage users to periodically review these Terms for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
