  • Proxy support: We respect the X-Forwarded-For header to capture real visitor IPs behind reverse proxies (e.g., Cloudflare, nginx).
  • Retention: Visitor logs are retained until manually cleared by an administrator or automatically rotated when 500 records are exceeded.

By using the Service, you explicitly consent to this IP tracking. If you do not wish to have your IP logged, please do not use the Service.

4. Cookies & Session Storage

The Service uses session cookies for the following purposes:

  • Admin Authentication: When an administrator logs in, a session cookie is set to maintain authentication. This cookie expires after 24 hours of inactivity.
  • Security: Session identifiers are used to prevent unauthorized access to admin features.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or advertising networks). All cookies are first-party and strictly necessary for the Service's operation.

Our Discord bot integration operates under Discord's Privacy Policy and Developer Terms of Service. When the bot is enabled:

  • The bot reads messages only in response to slash commands (/channel-set, /ping).
  • The bot stores the channel ID and server name you designate for announcements.
  • The bot does NOT read or store private messages or general chat conversations.
  • The bot posts announcements only when triggered by an admin upload action.
  • Bot tokens are stored securely in environment variables (`.env` file) and never exposed publicly.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

  • Session-based admin authentication with 24-hour expiration.
  • File upload validation (audio and image types only, 200MB size limit).
  • Input sanitization to prevent XSS and injection attacks.
  • Server-side data validation for all form submissions.
  • Environment variable storage for sensitive credentials (Discord bot token, etc.).

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
